STORE POLICIES

I am a small batch artist and everything I make is handmade by me and one of a kind. Translating a 3D object into a 2D image is never exact. If you are looking at an object on this site and want additional viewing options, feel free to reach out to ak@786arts.com and I can record a quick video of it and I’m happy to send it to you. I’m always happy to answer questions.

All sales final, no exceptions. If your order arrives broken (it is ceramic and it happens), take photos of the ceramics and the box and send them to me immediately at ak@786arts.com so we can determine how to remedy the situation.

FORMS OF PAYMENT: USD, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and ApplyPay on a supported device (iPhone SE, iPhone 6, or later; iPad Pro, iPad Air 2, iPad mini 3, and later; Apple Watch paired with a supported iPhone; Mac with Touch ID).

We also offer AfterPay to pay on installments.

PRIVACY POLICY: We never ever sell your contact information.

SALES TAX: We charge sales tax as a business registered in the state of Virginia. It is added at checkout.

SHIPPING: Orders take 3-5 days to process, though we make every effort to process as quickly as possible. Shipping depends on the carrier and estimated delivery time will be sent to you in your email confirmation.

We source shipping and packing materials that are environmentally friendly and reuse materials when possible.

If your purchase is a gift, please note in comments at checkout and I can pack your gift in a new box. I do not offer additional gift wrapping but can add a note.

We are not responsible for shipping address errors, we print labels according to what you input in the shipping details.

PRODUCT CARE: You can microwave and machine wash but hand washing is best. I wouldn’t put it in the oven, though it was already fired over 2000F, so pretty durable.

Sometimes ceramics break because they are fragile. You can drop it and they can break, or sometimes they break over time from the expansion and contraction of hot and cold temperatures. Ceramics always teaches us a larger life lesson about letting go and accepting the impermanence of all things. If this happens, thank the universe for the reminder, thank the ceramics for serving you in the time it did, and please support my ongoing efforts to beautify life with handmade art by making additional purchases.

Many thanks for your support! Contact me at ak@786arts.com if you have other questions.
